Lorna Crook BSc, Business Owner 

Lorna served within the care profession of the Royal Air Force for 20 years. On becoming a Mum herself, she decided to leave and manage her own childcare business. As a former serving officer, Lorna understands the pressures of working full time and looking after little ones, and is dedicated to providing a bespoke service that supports the needs of the modern working family.

Lorna is Level 3 Childcare trained and is a qualified Safeguarding
Designated Officer and Paediatric first Aider.

Caroline Hussey – Little Willows’ Manager  

Caroline has lots of experience working with children aged between 4 and 11 years old.

Caroline is  Paediatric first aid trained and Safeguarding Designated Officer qualified.

Little Willows’ staff include Natalie (Child Development Officer) and Farzana.
